Inbound Receipt & Inspection
Your goods arrive at our facility. We conduct an inbound inspection — counting, condition check, and QC as per your SOP. All discrepancies are photographed and reported immediately.
Inventory Tagging & Putaway
Each item/pallet is tagged with a unique ID and entered into our WMS. Cargo is allocated to the correct storage zone based on commodity, FIFO requirements, and retrieval priority.
Live Inventory Visibility
You get access to our client portal showing real-time stock levels, inbound and outbound movements, and stock age reports. Automated low-stock alerts and periodic stock statements available.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Receive an order? Send us a dispatch instruction (API, portal, or email). Our pick-and-pack team fulfils and ships it the same day for orders before 2 PM. Tracking updates shared automatically.
